Bill Lipp passed away suddenly on Jan. 10, 2012, at the age of 58.
He was a bright light and anyone close to him could feel the love and positive energy he could not help but share. His smile would light up a room.
Bill was raised in Palo Alto, Calif., and graduated from Cubberley High School. For the last 20 years he lived in Discovery Bay. Bill worked his entire life shoulder to shoulder with his father at William Lipp Hydronics, Inc. He enjoyed boating, water skiing, cooking and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Kim; sons, William Jr., Scott and Michael; daughter, Heather Anderson Carlin; father, William J. Lipp; step-mother, Soon; sisters, Julie Kohls and Leanne King; and many nephews and nieces. Predeceased by his mother, Carole Robertson; step-father, Earl Robertson; and sister, Barbara Smith.
Bill was a bright light - I'm deeply saddened to hear of his death so young. I have many fond memories of Bill growing up in Palo Alto. We have lost someone very special.
I have alot of memories ofBill...he was always smiling. The one (of many)that comes to mind is the skiing trips to Lake Berresa. You liked to have fun. My Sympathy to all of the Lipp faamily
I will always remember Bill and his infectious smile, that was so genuine. RIP Bill, you will be missed.
Our hearts go out to Bill's entire family. I met him just once, but immediately was taken by his very friendly nature. We talked about his work, and I remember how I thought he must be a great example for those he worked with. He did have a great smile and ebullient affect. May God Bless you and your family.
Gone too soon, cousin Billy. I can't come to the memorial but I will be thinking of your and your family. I don't know if I ever saw you without a smile on your face. Love, Dotty
